It is one thing to make or take an oath to uphold the Constitution and the laws of this land (U.S., United States, America, Territories, etc) ... however it is another to follow through on that sworn promise.
John Roberts has done neither, and in fact, his record verifies the complete opposite. I wager, by every single decision, or opinion, majority or minority signature. Maybe not what W. Bush intended, but it is what has happened, despite any and all safeguards put in place to protect us.

Otherwise you are automatically self-disqualified. And by you, or your own misdeeds, or lack of commitment. In other words your oath becomes a lie. And the oath-taker becomes a liar. As such John Roberts is a liar and a cheat that has personally and professionally done nothing but damage to this country since him being nominated to sit on the U.S. Supreme Court. Which I believe, both now and then during his confirmation, was the first chapter application of the Republican-ism (conservative version of communism) or as now as what we now know as, or as what is being utilized by this version (47) of the GOP's so-called Project-2025. Rest of the word knows it as that book of bad stuff called, Lenin, Stalin, Putin.
