9.11 (Nine-Eleven) twenty-five (25) years later DHS is the
U.S. major & International terror-related problem notwithstanding as the
then 2001 "FAKE-NEED-BILL" as not-necessary, but still-pushed as a #1 priority. Often referred as ("fast-trak") ... Fast-forward (20216) and as we have come to know ... DHS was created under
an extreme duress, happenstance, possible-collusion, etc., [ ... ] and/or so-called "national security crisis ; NOTE: "ER requested, priority, fast-track ... post-event or after conclusion of such emergency, etc., / (via congressional "emergency-mode" /
virtually not-available, die to congressional leadership + obstruction, et al, etc., in today's congress's constitutionally required, and/or as necessary, or as being 'simply routine and / or as; federal operation &
procedures, etc., et al.) [... ] //\\ { as "E.R." } wa-la /\ the ["(Department of Homeland Security"], or
as then established ... as as under conditions' of today) re : @ now (09.11.20260; the 'total lack thereof. Therof being here; 'National Security/ at evach & every level of local, state, and federal government. Especially with this administration, etc., et al. (9.11 / 2001) ?!
