It would be reasonable to say today, or the day before yesterday, that the only person in the world that is a worse economic manager and fake everything than Trump, is Putin. In my assessment nether can be trusted by their word commitment. And as such, or likewise, anything written, or signed by either hand. Meaning it's equally worthless. Auto-penned or not, or as claimed, or as implied as intent. Putin will not stop fighting with Ukraine in my opinion and that of others must smarter than me. Or until he further collapses Russia, himself, or severely damages the economic infrastructure of both countries. I believe it's that simple. Let the talks begin ... again. Or let the hint of talks begin ... again. Or let the talk of having talks, begin ... to be talked about ... again.
